Misinformation or Harmful Content:
Content that spreads false information likely to cause harm, including medical misinformation, election interference, or harmful conspiracy theories.
Impersonation and Deepfakes:
Use of the platform to generate content that falsely implies endorsement, representation, or likeness of real individuals, including celebrities or private individuals, without consent.
Non-Consensual Image Generation: Generating images of identifiable individuals without their explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
Malicious Use:
Content designed to harass, blackmail, threaten, defame, or otherwise cause harm to others.
User Responsibilities

Responsible Prompt Engineering:
Users are encouraged to exercise thoughtful and responsible prompt design. Prompts intended to “test boundaries” or provoke inappropriate responses are not permitted and may lead to account restriction or suspension.
Platform Integrity and Fair Access:
You may not exploit the service in ways that degrade performance for others or interfere with its normal operation. This includes activities such as spamming, excessive automated use, reverse engineering, or disrupting our infrastructure.
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent termination of your access to Imaginella.ai, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.
Intellectual Property
Respect for intellectual property rights is essential to ensuring that Imaginella.ai remains a lawful and ethical platform for creative expression.

Respect for Third-Party Rights:

This includes public figures, celebrities, or private individuals whose likeness, name, or identity may be used in a way that infringes upon their right to publicity, privacy, or personal integrity.
Your Responsibility for Usage Rights:
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you have the legal right to use any content, prompts, or references you provide to the platform. We do not monitor individual inputs for IP compliance, but we reserve the right to investigate and act upon any reports or evidence of infringement.
Generated Content and Licensing:
Subject to our Terms of Use, you may use content generated through the platform for personal or commercial purposes, provided it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. We make no representations or warranties that generated content is free from third-party claims, and we strongly advise users to conduct their own IP due diligence before public or commercial use.

Public Visibility of Generated Content
By default, all images generated on Imaginella.ai are publicly visible and may appear in the platform’s global gallery or content feed. While we do not display usernames or link content to specific accounts, the outputs are accessible to other users and visitors of the site.
You are strongly advised not to upload personal photographs or any identifiable images of yourself or others if you do not want the resulting content to be shared publicly. Imaginella.ai is not responsible for unintended disclosure resulting from user uploads or prompt inputs that include sensitive, private, or identifiable material.
By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree that your generated content may be displayed publicly and that you are solely responsible for ensuring that any uploaded or referenced material does not violate privacy, consent, or publicity rights.
Reporting Violations
We are committed to maintaining a safe, lawful, and respectful creative environment on Imaginella.ai.
If you encounter content or user activity that you believe violates this Content Policy or any applicable laws, we encourage you to report it immediately.
How to Report:

Reports are treated confidentially, and you do not need to be a registered user to submit a report.
What Happens After a Report Is Filed:

We assess reports on a case-by-case basis and may take a range of actions based on the severity and credibility of the violation, including:

• Removing infringing content
• Temporarily suspending or permanently banning accounts
