Pixel Usage Policy

This Pixel Usage Policy outlines how Pixels (virtual tokens) function on Imaginella.ai, including how they are acquired, used, deducted, and managed. By purchasing or using Pixels, you agree to this Policy as well as our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.


What Are Pixels?
Pixels are the core usage currency on Imaginella.ai - a virtual token system that powers all image generation and creative interactions on the platform.
Rather than using a traditional subscription model, Imaginella.ai operates on a flexible, pay-as-you-go system where Pixels represent units of creative power.

Each Pixel corresponds to a certain amount of processing capacity, and is deducted from your account whenever you use AI tools or services that require computational effort.

You may spend Pixels when:
    •    Generating images using prompts or uploaded references
    •    Accessing premium AI tools, such as inpainting, outpainting, background removal, or style transfer
    •    Requesting higher resolution outputs, such as 2K or 4K generation
    •    Running batch jobs or sequences (where supported)

Key Characteristics:
    •    Pixels are tied to your individual Imaginella.ai account and cannot be transferred, traded, or gifted to other users.
    •    They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or used outside the platform.
    •    We may offer bonus Pixels as part of promotions, giveaways, beta testing programs, or seasonal events.

Pixels allow you to scale your creativity at your own pace, with no subscriptions or recurring fees, just pure usage-based control.


Pixel Packs

To give creators the flexibility they need, Imaginella.ai offers a series of Pixel Packs tailored to different levels of usage and creativity. This includes fixed-amount packs, which provide a predefined number of Pixels (our internal token system), as well as a Flex Pack that allows you to choose a custom Pixel amount via a slider, with transparent pricing and no recurring billing.


All packs are one-time purchases with no subscriptions or hidden fees. The number of Pixels you receive will be clearly displayed before checkout (including for the Flex Pack), and your Pixel balance will be available immediately after payment is confirmed.

Please note that pack pricing, pack availability, and the number of Pixels included in each pack (or available via the Flex Pack slider) may change at any time. Any adjustments will be reflected at the point of purchase and do not apply retroactively to previously completed orders.


Purchasing Pixels
You can purchase Pixels directly through the official Imaginella.ai platform using a variety of secure and supported payment methods.
Pixels are sold in fixed bundles, referred to as Pixel Plans, which you can select based on your creative needs.

Pricing and Currency:
    •    All prices for Pixel Plans will be displayed clearly and transparently before checkout.
    •    Prices are available in Euros (EUR), British Pounds (GBP), and US Dollars (USD), depending on your selected region or browser preferences.
    •    Local taxes (e.g. VAT) may apply based on your billing location and will be calculated at checkout.

Accepted Payment Methods:
We support trusted, globally recognized payment methods including:
    •    Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
    •    Google Pay / Apple Pay (where available)

All payments are securely processed through PCI-DSS compliant providers.
Itmex Solutions LTD does not store full payment card information.

Purchase Confirmation and Credit Delivery:
    •    Once your payment is successfully completed, your Pixel balance will be updated immediately or within a few moments, depending on processor confirmation.
    •    You will receive an email receipt confirming the transaction and the number of Pixels added to your account.

Accuracy and Responsibility:
    •    You are responsible for ensuring that your billing details, payment method, and account credentials are accurate before completing a purchase.
    •    Imaginella.ai is not liable for Pixel delivery delays caused by incorrect payment input, browser errors, or third-party payment gateway issues.



How Pixels Are Spent
Pixels are deducted from your account balance each time you use an AI-powered feature on Imaginella.ai. The amount of Pixels required depends on what you’re doing, how complex it is, and what output level you choose.

This pay-per-action model ensures you only spend Pixels for what you actually use - no subscriptions, no hidden fees.

Actions That Consume Pixels:
Here are common actions that consume Pixels:
    •    Image Generation
Each time you generate an image using a prompt, Pixels are deducted based on output resolution, model complexity, and generation time.

    •    High-Resolution Requests
Generating large images (e.g. 1024×1024, 2048×2048) or 2K/4K upscales consumes more Pixels due to higher resource demand.

    •    Advanced AI Tools
Premium features like:
         •    Inpainting / outpainting
         •    Background removal or replacement
         •    Style transfer or image fusion
         •    Multi-image batch generation
require additional Pixel units depending on the processing workload.

Pixel Cost Transparency:
We believe in clear and upfront usage:
    •    Before purchasing any Pixel Plan, you will see exactly how many Pixels you are buying and the total cost in Euros, GBP, or USD.
    •    If you don’t have enough Pixels, you’ll be prompted to purchase a new Pixel Plan.
    •    No action will proceed without your confirmation.

Dynamic Pricing:
Pixel costs may vary depending on:
    •    Tool tier: Basic vs. advanced features
    •    Load balancing: Heavy usage periods may temporarily increase costs for high-resolution or GPU-intensive tasks
    •    Model version: Future versions of certain models may have slightly adjusted Pixel costs


Expiry and Inactivity
To keep the system efficient and fair for all users, Pixels are subject to expiration and may be affected by prolonged account inactivity. We’ve designed this policy to be transparent and in line with industry standards.

Pixel Expiry:
    •    All purchased Pixels are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
    •    Any unused Pixels after this period will automatically expire and be removed from your account.
    •    You will receive reminder emails (where possible) at least 30 days before your Pixels are due to expire.

Promotional Pixels:
    •    Bonus or promotional Pixels may carry shorter expiration periods, typically 30 to 90 days, depending on the campaign.
    •    These expiry terms will always be disclosed during the promotion or on your dashboard.

Inactive Accounts:
If your account remains completely inactive (i.e., no logins, no actions) for a period of 12 consecutive months:
    •    Your account may be marked as dormant
    •    All remaining Pixel balances may be permanently forfeited
    •    We will attempt to notify you via your registered email before any account closure or data removal
You can retain your Pixel balance simply by logging in or performing any basic action (even viewing your dashboard) within that 12-month window.

No Refunds on Expired Pixels:
Once Pixels expire due to time limits or inactivity, they cannot be refunded, restored, or reissued, except in the case of verified system error or administrative fault.


Abuse and Misuse
To maintain the integrity and reliability of Imaginella.ai, we strictly prohibit any abuse or misuse of Pixels, our platform, or its services.
This includes any attempts to game the system, exploit vulnerabilities, or engage in behavior that negatively impacts other users or the platform’s performance.

Prohibited Conduct:
You may not:
    •    Use automated tools or bots to trigger Pixel-consuming actions
    •    Attempt to manipulate generation tools to avoid Pixel charges (e.g., exploiting bugs or backend APIs)
    •    Engage in fraudulent purchases, including use of stolen credit cards or chargeback abuse
    •    Intentionally trigger errors or crashes in order to gain free outputs or request unjustified refunds
    •    Sell, trade, or transfer Pixel balances between accounts (this is strictly disallowed)
    •    Use the platform in a way that violates our Content Policy, including generating unlawful, harmful, or infringing content

Monitoring and Enforcement:
To ensure compliance, we may:
    •    Monitor usage patterns and flag suspicious activity
    •    Apply automated detection systems for abuse prevention
    •    Conduct manual reviews of actions or accounts
    •    Temporarily or permanently suspend accounts found in violation

If you’re found engaging in Pixel-related abuse or violating our policies:
    •    Your remaining Pixels may be forfeited without compensation
    •    You may be banned from future use of the platform
    •    In cases of financial or criminal fraud, we may report the incident to law enforcement authorities

Zero Tolerance Policy:
Imaginella.ai has a zero tolerance policy for abuse. We reserve the right to take immediate action, including account termination, if we believe your activity compromises the safety, fairness, or stability of the platform.


Refund Policy
Purchases of Pixels on Imaginella.ai are considered final.
By completing a transaction, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund terms:
    •    All Pixel purchases are non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
    •    We do not offer refunds for unused Pixels, accidental purchases of the wrong plan, or dissatisfaction with AI-generated results.
    •    Refunds will not be issued in cases where usage of Pixels has already begun, except in cases of verified billing or platform errors.

However, we understand that issues can happen. If you experience any of the following, you may contact us at assist@imaginella.ai:
    •    Technical billing errors, such as being charged more than once for the same purchase
    •    Failure to receive Pixels after a successful payment
    •    Purchase of Pixels due to a clearly identified platform bug or checkout malfunction

In such cases:
    •    We will investigate the issue within 5–7 business days
    •    Resolutions may include Pixel credits, adjustments to your account balance, or refunds (only where legally required)
    •    We may request screenshots, receipts, or other documentation to verify your claim

We reserve the right to deny refund or credit requests where:
    •    The claim is unsupported or unverifiable
    •    Abuse of the refund process is suspected
    •    Pixels were knowingly spent after purchase

This policy is in place to protect the integrity of the platform and ensure fair use for all users. If you have any doubts before making a purchase, we encourage you to contact support first.


Changes to This Policy
We may update or modify this Pixel Usage Policy from time to time to reflect:
    •    Changes to our pricing structure or Pixel Plans
    •    New features, tools, or AI models introduced on the platform
    •    Legal or regulatory updates
    •    Improvements to clarity, transparency, or fairness

Notification of Changes:
When significant changes are made to this policy, we will:
    •    Update the “Last Updated” date at the top of the page
    •    Notify users through the Platform or by email (if you’ve opted in to communications)
    •    Clearly summarize any major changes affecting Pixel usage, pricing, or refund eligibility

Continued Use Constitutes Acceptance:
By continuing to use Imaginella.ai after the policy is updated, you acknowledge and accept the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may choose to stop using the Platform and contact us to close your account.
We encourage all users to review this Pixel Usage Policy regularly to stay informed about how Pixels are earned, used, and managed.
